Return Window:

Once your returned product is received and verified at our hub, your refund will be processed withinΒ 3-4 working days.

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse of returns:
If a customer's return history exceedsΒ 30%, or
If a customer returnsΒ more than 2 dresses in a single request,
A shipping deduction of βΉ50 per item will be applied during the refund. However, if you choose to self-ship the product or opt to receive your refund as wallet credit, no deduction will be applied.

Refunds or exchanges are initiatedΒ only afterΒ the returned product reaches our hub and passes theΒ quality check.
If there is a delay in reverse pickup or courier delivery, the refund process will beginΒ afterΒ the product is received. In such cases, we will raise a complaint with the courier partner to expedite the process.
Reverse Pickup:
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, please courier the product to us. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed withinΒ 48 hours.
Condition for Return:
Returned items must beΒ unused, in theirΒ original packaging, and includeΒ all tags, accessories, and manuals. Returns that donβt meet these conditions may be declined.
